Med Spas & Clinics

Book more treatments — even after you close.

Consultation enquiries come in after hours and during treatments. A medical answering service that answers every call and books the consultation for you.

What a missed call costs

Med spa clients are self-pay, which makes every booking worth more than an insurance visit and makes every caller a comparison shopper. They browse in the evening, call to ask what something costs, and book with whoever answers and sounds confident. Missing that call does not delay the booking — it hands it to the clinic down the road.

When these calls arrive

Your staff are in treatment rooms all day and the practice closes before most people finish work. The result is that the hours when someone is actually thinking about booking a treatment are the hours nobody is free to take the call.

How it sounds

A call it takes without you.

Your front desk

Thanks for calling — which treatment were you interested in?

Caller

Botox. I've never had it done, so I'm not really sure what's involved.

Your front desk

Not a problem at all. We start everyone with a consultation so a provider can assess and quote properly — it's complimentary.

Caller

Okay, how much is it usually?

Your front desk

It's priced per unit, and the provider confirms the number at the consult. I have Thursday at 5:30 — shall I hold it?

What your AI front desk does
  • ✓Treatment bookings taken 24/7
  • ✓Pricing and service questions answered
  • ✓Consultations scheduled automatically
  • ✓Missed calls returned automatically on AI Front Desk 24/7
Will it quote treatment prices?

It quotes what you publish — per-unit, per-area or package pricing — and nothing beyond that. A number invented over the phone that the provider then has to revise upward is how a booked client cancels, so anything requiring assessment becomes a consultation instead.

FAQ

Med Spas & Clinics answering service — questions

Can it answer questions about downtime and aftercare?+

It answers from the information you give it. Anything clinical, or specific to a client's skin or history, is captured and routed to a provider rather than guessed.

Does it book different treatments into different slot lengths?+

Yes. A filler appointment, a laser course and a consultation are different lengths with different providers, and the agent books the right one.

Can it take deposits?+

It books the appointment; payment stays in your own system. For high-no-show treatments it can flag the booking so your team can take the deposit when they confirm.

How soon can it be live?+

Two to four business days, built around your treatment menu, your published pricing and your provider schedule.

How does an answering service work?+

Your business line is forwarded to the service, either all the time or only when you don't pick up. From the caller's side nothing changes — they dial your number and somebody answers. Ours answers, asks the questions you've set, and books the appointment into your calendar, then the details reach you.

What is an answering service?+

A service that answers your business phone when you can't. Traditionally that meant an off-site operator taking a message for you to return later. An AI answering service handles the call to a finished outcome instead — qualifying the caller and booking the job rather than passing you a message slip.

How much does an answering service cost?+

Most small businesses pay between $200 and $1,500 a month depending on volume and whether calls are handled by people or AI. Per-minute plans typically run $1.00–$2.00 a minute, per-call plans $1.50–$3.50 a call. Ours are flat: $249/mo with 500 included minutes, or $995/mo with 2,000.

What are the advantages of an answering service?+

Three that matter. Every call is answered, so enquiries stop going to voicemail. Several calls are answered at once, so nobody gets a busy signal on your busiest day. And it covers the hours you can't — nights, weekends and holidays — which is when the most urgent calls tend to arrive.

How do I choose an answering service?+

Call it before you buy it. Published pricing, no long-term contract, and a service built around your trade rather than a generic script all matter — but the only reliable test is hearing how it handles a call. Our demo line is a real number that answers at any hour.

What should I look for in a call answering service?+

Whether it books or only takes messages; what it costs when you exceed the plan; whether hold time and robocalls are billable; how quickly it goes live; and whether it can be briefed on what counts as an emergency in your trade. Ask for the overage rate specifically — it is the number most often left out of a quote.

Stop losing the calls you never hear.

Plans start at $249 a month. Live in two to four business days.
