Program description

AI Search Authority (aisearchauth.com) sends transactional and customer‑care text messages to customers who opt in. These include brief summaries of calls handled by your AI Front Desk receptionist, appointment and lead notifications, missed‑call recovery updates, and account or service notices.

How you opt in (consent)

You consent to receive text messages from AI Search Authority when you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box while placing an order or requesting service on our website (aisearchauth.com/order), or when you otherwise expressly agree in writing. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Types of messages

• Summaries of calls your AI receptionist handled
• Appointment, booking, and lead notifications
• Missed‑call recovery and callback updates
• Account, billing, and service notifications

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, you may receive one message per call your AI receptionist handles.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. AI Search Authority does not charge for the text messages themselves.

Opt out and help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts; to opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP, email support@aisearchauth.com, or call (888) 570-5090.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
